TGCET 2019 Application Form, Telangana Gurukul CET online apply last date : Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institution Society (TSWREIS) has released Telangana BC, SC, ST Gurukul Common Entrance Test (TS Gurukul CET or TGCET or TG Gurukul CET) Notification for the session 2019-2020, online application form available at @ tgcet.cgg.gov.in for admission into 5th Class in Telangana Gurukulam ( Residential ) schools.

Mode of TS Gurukul CET application is online only. TGCET applications will start from 18th Feb 2019 Students can submit their online application forms before the last date. Last date for submission of online application is 10th March 2019, application forms available at tgcet.cgg.gov.in.

Eligibility for TG GURUKUL CET 2019

 Educational Qualifications for TGCET 5th Class Admissions 2019-20: The Students should be bonafide of Class IV during the academic year 2018-19 in any Government School or any recognized school of Telangana State. 

Age Limit: Candidates should have 09 to 11 years at the time of 01-09-2019, SC and ST candidates should have 09 to 13 years. 

Income Limit : For 2018-19 Financial year parents income should be not more than 
  • Rs. 1,50,000/- in Rural area
  • Rs.2,00,000/- in Urban area.
TG Gurukul CET Online Application Form Fee Details:  There is a Rs.100/ registration fee for submission of tgcet application for the academic year 2019-2020.

Procedure for Online Apply to Telangana Gurukul CET 2019

TG Gurukul CET 2019 Online Apply involves 4 Steps they are
  1. Payment of Fees at TGCET Portal.
  2. Upload the Photo with use of Journal Number
  3. Fill the Application
  4. Submit the application form
#Pament of Fees at TGCET Portal : On TS Gurukul CET 2019 home page, link displayed as " Fee Payment " click on it. Therefore popup window displayed on computer screen. Fill the following details

1.Candidate Surname
2.Candidate Name
3.Date of Birth
4.Mobile Number
5.Select Telangana State or not
6.Gender
7.Choose Payment method

On successful entry of the fields the applicant need to click on the “Proceed” button. A “Journa l no.” is displayed. A print option is provided in order to allow the candidate to take a print of it.    

#Upload the Photo with use of Journal Number :

On clicking on “Application”, the below screen is displayed. The user need to enter “Journal No.” , “ Date of Payment”, “Date of Birth”. A browse option is provided for the candidate to upload his photograph along with signature. The user need to check the declaration and enter the “Verification Code” and click on “UPLOAD”. 

#Fill the Application

On successful uploaded the photo, the system would display the application form where the candidate will be able to  fill all the fields which are mandatory.  After completing this application form click on Preview button then you will get editable application form screen and Please check the data carefully. If any error please click edit button and submit the application form.

# Submit the application form :

On clicking the Preview button, candidate will be able to view his personal details entered and has an
option of editing it if he wants to. If the candidate confirms the data entered by clicking the Submit button, A message is displayed “Application successfully submitted” and the candidate is required to download the application, hall ticket and take the printout for feature use.
